602Pro PC Suite is a comprehensive productivity suite that includes a word processor, photo editor, spreadsheet application, and file management. The heart of the program is 602 Desk. It provides easy access to the productivity applications, and an excellent venue for managing your documents. It offers a choice of views -- an Explorer-style interface or office-style filing cabinets. In either mode, supported file types are displayed in the built-in file viewer. You can launch documents, send them to your printer, or open them in the corresponding 602Pro PC Suite application. Fax, scanner, and digital camera support are also offered. The suite's individual applications are impressive, especially the word processor and spreadsheet applications. The photo editor is a bit less impressive but still quite capable. On the downside, 602 Desk is rather temperamental when used to open large folders. All in all, though, 602Pro PC Suite is a tremendous bargain that offers quality productivity applications at a fraction of the cost of its competitors. Excellent online help is included.
